Our service is second to none. We offer a full planning and design service tailored specifically to you and your space. We know how important it is to get all the details right for a new carpet or flooring, and we make sure that you get the perfect bespoke experience.
We offer a free site visit where our expert project manager will discuss different options, and examine the space and take measurements. They will look at any potential subfloor problems and talk through any floor testing or work that may need to be done, including damp proofing or boarding. They are only ever a phone call away to give you our expertise knowledge and advice throughout the process.
Our project manager will show you our extensive range of samples, including luxury materials, affordable and practical selections, and large-scale budget options, and will follow up with a no-obligation quote. They will talk through our specialist planning, design, delivery and installation processes, and our follow-up maintenance service.
